Watermead Challenge

This year is Wreake Valley Rotary Club's eighth Watermead Challenge charity run. This year we have teamed up with the new Syston Rotary Club to boost this fast growing ever popular event. For the second time we are using Chip Timing.

The run  in 2017  is in aid of Mosaic Disability Services of Leicester (www.mosaic.1898.co.uk) and the Leicestershire branch of the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA).

Watermead Country Park in Syston near Leicester LE7 1PD is a level mostly off road route around attractive lakes. It offers the ideal opportunity to set a persoanl best time or to enter a run for the first time. There are 5 and 3 mile runs appealing to runners of all standards.

Full entry details and information about the run can be found at our club website, www.wreakevalleyrotary.org.uk

There you will find the Entry Form, You need to print it off and post it to us at hte address on the form or scan and email it to [email protected] . Please send us the form whether you are paying by post with a cheque or entering and paying online. It will help greatly if you remember to complete the Gift Aid section.

You can pay securely online here using Paypal or a debit card by clicking "online payments" above. Online bookings can be made from now until midnight on Sunday 9th July 2017. Postal entries must also be received by then. After that you can enter until 6.30pm on the night in person only.

We will notify you of your number by email from 15th March 2017 onwards. All numbers and chip timers are to be collected on the night so don't forget the number you have been given.
